Position InformationThe Brentwood Police Department is seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to work in a city and department that prides itself on professionalism and community support. The Brentwood Police Department is a progressive agency that provides its members with the best equipment, training, and tools necessary to do the job. This position provides a wide variety of non-sworn support services for the Police Department operations and services including in the areas of parking enforcement, vehicle abatement, prisoner booking and transportation, responding to assigned calls for service, writing reports, fingerprinting, and narcotic offender/sex offender registrations.

Qualifications Education and Experience Guidelines - Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:
- Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12th) grade.
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible law enforcement support work experience equivalent to that of a Community Services Officer in the City of Brentwood.
Licenses and Certifications: - Depending on assignment, possession of a valid California Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record must be maintained throughout employment.
