Purpose:

Responsible for providing project support to Department Directors and the Department Executive Team. Provides consulting services to process leaders and team leaders. Analyzes, and presents alternatives, makes recommendations and provides assistance for resolving business and technical issues confronting process leaders and team leaders in the areas of planning, performance measurement, change management, and periodic assessment review.

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for assisting the Medical Director with planning, organizing, and coordinating meetings, orientations, and activities. It leads multiple process improvement teams and develops project work plans, comprehensive project management approaches, and periodic assessments. The role facilitates stakeholder analysis and communication plans for process improvement initiatives, while also identifying, collecting, and researching data to perform thorough analyses. It provides recommendations to project teams and advises on organizational changes using appropriate talent and resources. Additionally, this position supports process and team leaders in defining key measures and establishing performance targets, develops and enhances departmental models and methodologies, reviews and critiques the work of functional team staff, and communicates project and program information.

Salary: Min: $34.44 to 43.74

Hours: 8am - 5pm

Work Location: 2400 Grove Blvd Austin, TX
