Job Summary

Mohave County is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Specialist to provide advanced administrative, financial, and program support to the Human Resources and Risk Management Department. This position plays a key role in coordinating budgets, contracts, reporting, policy administration, and special projects while supporting departmental leadership in achieving strategic and operational objectives.

The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-service focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Hiring range: Range 15/Steps 1-6 -- >$ 23.26- $ 26.97 DOE
