301 W. High St. Jefferson City, MO. This is a hybrid position and will require travel within the state
Why you’ll love this position:
The Office of Child Advocate is an independent reviewer of the child welfare system. This position will lead the office’s circuit review program and will have the opportunity to positively impact the child welfare system within identified Judicial Circuits.
Review and develop improvements to the current Circuit Review process
Use data to identify circuits eligible for a Circuit Review
Lead and coordinate all Circuit Reviews done by OCA following statutory authority and rules
Complete random case reviews from all program lines within an identified circuit
Track trends and conduct in-person and virtual interviews with stakeholders within the circuit
Prepare reports and make recommendations based on findings
Supervise investigators working on the circuit review team
Manage budget allocated to this program within OCA
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years or more experience working in the Child Welfare field
Minimum of 3 years Supervisory Experience
Knowledge and use of Missouri Child Welfare Policy
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in data analysis to determine trends, issues, and improvement goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, investigation skills, problem solving skills, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
