Minimum Qualifications: Required:- Associate's Degree in Data Management, Health and Safety, Chemistry, Science, Environment, Biological, Applied Science, or a related field and
- 4 years experience on data analysis, compliance or industrial process is required; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Texas Driver's License Required
Position Overview: Under basic supervision, reviews Watershed Protection (WSP) permit documents to verify compliance with state and federal laws and City policies.
Essential Duties: - Reports Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) data accurately and completely in compliance with state/federal regulatory requirements.
- Analyzes MS4 data and reports anomalies or potential issues
- Assists in developing and executing public outreach and education programs.
- Reviews Watershed Protection documents and permits to verify WSP is in compliance with state and federal regulations and City policies; performs field inspections, compiles data and develops recommendations to address WSP policies, procedures, training and compliance issues; maintains MS4 permit records and develops activity reports for regulatory agencies
