Looking to make a positive impact in the lives of our Youth and Families! Wake County invites you to join us as a 4-H Youth Development Administrative Manager where you can make a difference.

This is an opportunity to champion positive youth development in our community. Assess needs, research, develop, implement strategies and collaborate with a variety of community stakeholders.

Apply your knowledge and experience in positive youth development, out of school programs, family systems and prevention. Use your expertise in data collection, analysis and reporting to illustrate relevant needs, barriers, recommendations and progress.

Wake County’s 4-H Youth Development team is seeking a passionate worker with strong communication skills, respect for diversity, a positive attitude and the aptitude to be a great Administrative Manger! In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of youth, families and our broader community. In this role you will assist with strategic planning, data collection and analysis, reporting and presentations related to out of school time initiatives and positive youth development work to attain priority outcomes for unserved and underserved families as well as a universal school age population throughout Wake County.

Employment Type: Regular

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:15pm

Hiring Range: 66,270 - 89,467, commensurate on experience

Market Range: 66,270.00 - 112,663.00

Emergency Service Worker Statement

Employee may also be required to participate in relevant exercises and regular preparedness training.
