Join the City of Roseville team as a Sports Official/Scorer I/II

or the Adult Sports Division!

The Human Resources Department is accepting applications for the temporary and part-time position of Sports Official/Scorer I/II in the Parks, Recreation & Libraries Department in the Adult Sports Division. This is a year-round position and is limited to 25 hours per week for a maximum of 1,000 hours per fiscal year. The normal work schedule days and times that a person may be scheduled include Sundays between the hours of 2pm - 11pm, and weekdays between the hours of 5pm - 11pm. PERS retired annuitants are not eligible to apply.

This position is located at Mahany and Maidu Regional Parks, along with various other City/school facilities. The City of Roseville Adult Sports Division offers leagues and drop-in play for adults in the following sports: soccer, softball, flag football, volleyball and basketball. This position would require staff to scorekeep and/or monitor Adult Sports leagues and programs in the evening. SELECTION PROCESS

Applications will be screened by the Human Resources Department for minimum qualifications. Qualifying applicants may be contacted by the Department to interview. Final appointment is contingent upon a check of past employment references, passing a City-paid fingerprint check and depending on position applied for a pre-employment medical exam and a drug and alcohol screening test.

GENERAL BENEFITS:

TEMPORARY POSITIONS:
