THE DEPARTMENT
The Office of the City Prosecutor is one of the busiest municipal prosecuting agencies in country, handling approximately 10,000 cases each year. The City Prosecutor's Office is also considered a national leader in innovative court diversion programs and community-based prosecution, giving it the distinction of being a model for other prosecuting agencies. THE POSITION
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Supervising Prosecutor Assistant position is responsible for leading an awesome team of legal support staff in the Long Beach City Prosecutor's Office. This is an at-will, unclassified supervisory position located at Long Beach City Hall, 411 W. Ocean Blvd., 8th Floor, Long Beach, CA 90802. The position is 100% in person and onsite.
