As a key member of our Procurement Services Division, you will manage multiple projects, oversee contract administration, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance our agency’s effectiveness.

This position is Full-Time - In Office in Sacramento, CA. However; the Agency operates on a 9-8-80 Work Schedule which provides work-life balance for all with every other Friday off!

Essential Areas of Responsibility

Key ResponsibilitiesTo provide independent and complex procurement and project management analysis and support to the department for Agency.

Core Functions
• Implement organization-wide goals and cross department projects and objectives
• Offer input and feedback to long range, strategic and budget planning processes
• Maintain both a department and an organization-wide perspective when considering information, issues and challenges
• Provides project management and contract administration by coordinating multiple projects in various stages

Education & Experience

Education: B.S. in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and field experience.

Experience: Must have 4+ years of project management experience.
