Description

The South Adams County Water & SanitationDistrict (SACWSD), dedicated to providing reliable, affordable, and sustainable water resources and services to its customers in order to protect public health, the environment, and quality of life, is seeking a supervisor to join our IT team.

This position provides leadership and guidance as well as technical support to the IT team. This position will also:

• Oversee and direct the IT team, projects and programs
• Assists with installation, maintenance, and repair ensuring our infrastructure supports our operations.
• Assists with troubleshooting, protocols, security, networking, backups and updates
• Coordinate with a variety of personnel to understand needs, develop strategies and make recommendations

Qualified candidates should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or relevant field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 6 years of related experience
• Supervisor / Leadership experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and shifting priorities
• Proficiency in MS operating systems

Salary hiring range: $88,000 - $110,000/annualized

Successful candidate will be required to complete a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
