What You’ll Do
As the Convention and Visitor Bureau Marketing Manager, you will:
- Craft Impactful Content: Develop and manage engaging copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms. Proofread and edit materials to ensure high-quality messaging.
- Promote Rockport’s Charm: Collaborate with influencers, manage press kits, and distribute marketing materials to highlight Rockport’s events, attractions, and hospitality offerings.
- Engage with the Community: Act as a liaison to local businesses and organizations, fostering strong relationships to support tourism initiatives.
- Represent Rockport: Attend tourism events, trade shows, and community programs to position Rockport as a top-tier destination.
- Plan Memorable Events: Coordinate and execute events that align with Rockport’s tourism goals, handling logistics and post-event analysis.
- Measure Success: Track and analyze key performance metrics, compile reports, and maintain promotional materials.
