Job Description

The Agency Training Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Support That Saves: Building and Sustaining Peer Support program, which includes face-to-face course delivery. The program consists of full-time and part-time instructors. This position is the training manager for the program and oversees the National Emergency Response and Recovery Training Center (NERRTC) federal MOU budgeted allocations for the Support That Saves program. This position will also work with other programs such as the Preparedness Program and other TEEX divisions, departments, and partners. The Agency Training Manager will maintain working contacts with State Training Points of Contacts (TPOC’s) and State Administrative Agency points of contact (SAA’s). This position’s major responsibilities include compliance with cooperative agreement guidelines and supporting other TEEX exercises, training, and simulation requirements.

This position will report to the First Responder Wellness Program Director.
