Job Description

The Associate Director is tasked with supporting the leadership and strategic direction of the National Laboratories and International Nuclear Security Engagement Center. Involved in developing new partnerships and new opportunities to leverage TEEX related training capabilities and technical assistance services to support national and international nuclear safety and security challenges. Works closely with the TAMUS National Laboratories Office and other TAMUS members to maximize potential opportunities, determine priorities, and address challenges. Monitors existing TAMUS National Laboratories Office (NLO) funds received through TAMUS’s Basic and Master Task Order Agreement flow down, and ensures other agreements are managed and executed in accordance with federal guidelines, state law, TAMUS policy/regulations and TEEX administrative procedures. Assists with oversight of the work being executed under TAMUS NLO flow down agreements with responsibility for providing active monitoring and management support.

This position reports to the Director of NLNSE.
