The City of Irvine seeks three (3) collaborative and innovative professionals to take a key supervisory role in the development of Irvine's new, locally operated and world class public library system. The Senior Librarians will serve the Principal Librarian, building upon established community connections and provide organizational leadership to strategically support the development of a phenomenal municipal library operation. Please note that this position will require occasional evening and weekend shifts.

We currently have three (3) vacancies for this position. The three (3) vacancies are:

Senior Librarian - Community Engagement, Youth Services

This position has functional responsibility for the operations of the Youth Services team system-wide and daily oversight of a library branch.

Senior Librarian - Community Engagement, Adult Services

This position has functional responsibility for the operations of the Adult Services team system-wide and daily oversight of a library branch.

Senior Librarian - Customer Experience, Borrower Services
This position has functional responsibility for the operations of the Borrower Services team system-wide and daily oversight of a library branch.Your Impact
