Job Summary

This position serves as the Payroll Coordinator for University Housing and is directly responsible for processing a broad range of payroll actions. Under the direction of the Director of Business and Finance, this position is responsible to prepare documentation for a variety of payroll actions including: data entry for time and absences, auditing, tracking leaves, and onboarding assistance.

Department Summary

University Housing (UH), a unit within the Division of Student Affairs, consists of Facilities Operations, Housing Administration, Custodial Operations, Diversity and Inclusion, and Residential Student Experience. University Housing provides a premier living and learning experience for over 8,800 students in residence hall and apartment-style communities. Anticipated Hiring Range: $46,376 - $55,000 per year

Classification Range: $46,368 - $72,864 per year
