The Missouri National Guard Directorate of Information Management (DOIM) provides the network infrastructure and support that enables the warfighter to manage personnel, maintenance and training that ensures mission success both for the Governor of Missouri and the President of the United States. • Manage modifications, advances and reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis in support of the State Military Cooperative Agreement (MCA)

• Need knowledge of the MCA (Appendix 5) to interpret and adapt to guidelines

• Calculate yearly budget for MCA

• Manage monthly or quarterly reimbursements and extensions for previous fiscal years (up to 5 years)

• Secondary tasks include assistant GFEBS Manager, phone bill resolutions, SAMII operator and bill paying for Admin support Professional

• Process Purchase Orders once bids are given

• Assist auditor with documentation request

Minimum Qualifications

• College courses in bookkeeping and/or accounting practices

• Experience with Microsoft Office products

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years Accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Familiarity with State Advantage for Missouri (SAMII) and/or General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)

• Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with Microsoft Office products

• Experience within an information technology organization
