SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Clinic Services Bureau operates eleven clinics, including one mobile clinic, in Salinas, Seaside and Marina. The Clinics offer care to the medically underserved population of Monterey County. The mission of the Clinic Services Bureau is to provide access to high quality medical care to all residents of Monterey County regardless of their ability to pay.

The Supervising Patient Services Representative oversees and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Clinic Services Customer Service Center. This incumbent will supervise all assigned personnel, arrange for, and conduct staff training, and lead staff in resolving complex inquiries. The individual in this position will cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers (i.e. employees, physicians, clinical site managers, directors, etc.).

The Eligible List established by this recruitment process may be used County-wide to fill current and future vacancies on a regular full-time, part-time, or temporary basis.
