The City of Long Beach, Department of Health and Human Services is recruiting for one (1) permanent, full-time, at-will unclassified Community Crisis Response Team Supervisor (Public Health Professional III) in the Collective Impact Bureau. Reporting to the Resource Connections Division Officer and under the operations guidance of the Community Crisis Response (CCR) Program Manager (Community Program Specialist V), this position will serve as the Community Crisis Response Clinical Supervisor and will oversee the daily implementation and daily operations of the Community Crisis Response (CCR) team(s). This position will coordinate mental health services, support the CCR team while they provide therapeutic services to people experiencing mental health crisis throughout the City of Long Beach. This position will also respond to calls in the field when needed. This position is grant-funded and is limited term in nature (one-time funding). This position is located at the Miller Family Health Education Center (FHEC), 3820 Cherry Ave Long Beach, CA 90807.
