Join our team as a Program Coordinator II (CASA) with Juvenile Probation Department

The Yavapai County Juvenile Probation Department is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program. This position is essential in supporting and managing the daily operations of various programs, projects, and services that provide advocacy for children within the juvenile justice system.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional possessing exceptional organizational, administrative, and leadership skills. They will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with community partners while exhibiting a deep passion for advocating on behalf of children’s best interests.

Major Duties, Responsibilities



Minimum Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, management, behavioral science, or related field.

Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative and/or program/project management experience.

An equivalent combination of directly related work experience and education may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-per-year basis

Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
Must complete annual training as required by the Committee on Judicial Education and Training (COJET)
Must complete training as required by other County and State agencies.
