The Permanent Housing and Supportive Services (PHSS) Division Director leads the community effort to implement and coordinate programs and projects furthering permanent supportive housing, self-sufficiency and supportive service provision.

Coordinates with other divisions in the Housing Affordability and Community Revitalization Department, as well as external partners, to achieve program/consumer outcomes for affordable PSH development, integration of PSH into traditional affordable housing, rental assistance programs, landlord recruitment, as well as development, oversight, coordination and funding of quality supportive services.

Not only do more units of affordable housing need to be built, housing services must be provided to support families and individuals to access or maintain safe, decent, affordable housing.
