Annual Salary: $46,446.48

Location: Truman Building - 301 West High Street, Jefferson City, MO

HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

As a member of the License Offices Bureau team working hand in hand with the contracted license offices across the state, this position will work to ensure every customer has the best experience every time. This highly organized, attentive to detail professional will monitor compliance of contract requirements regarding license offices; reconcile license office documentation.

DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

This description may not include all of the duties, knowledge, skills, or abilities associated with this title.

• Monitor license office contracts and contractual requirements for 80+ contracted license offices.
• Reconcile accounting for current contracted license offices as well as former contracted license offices to ensure credits and/or debits are charged as necessary.
• Work closely with Regional Field Coordinators to document contract compliance.
• Communicate with and assist license office contractors and license office management with questions regarding their contractual requirements.
• Prepare reports and documents for management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 4 or more years of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed)

• 1-3 years or related experience
