Description

Job Location: The Missouri Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DD) seeks a Director of Strategic Information Technology (IT) Initiatives. This is a Central Office position which will be domiciled at our Roberts building at 1706 E Elm Street Jefferson City, MO 65109.

Why you’ll love this position: The Director of Strategic Technology Initiatives will lead and manage the Home and Community Based Waiver services case management system procurement and implementation, coordinating/managing all IT vendors, contracts, budgeting, CMS Certification, and reporting project status to DMH Executive Leadership. This position will also oversee other Division IT initiatives and projects including interoperability related to Home and Community Based services and manage the Division’s IT/Help Desk and Data Analytics teams.

Job duties:



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Qualified applicants must have experience in project management principles and managing IT projects, as well as knowledge related to HCBS. Experience in organizational change management is preferred. Must stay current with technology trends in the field of health care and HCBS services.



Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, management of information systems or related field and 5 years of project management/leadership experience in related industry.

OR

Five or more years of professional experience in IT related areas such as mental health, education, social services, public administration, or a closely related area.

$110,000.00-$116,000.00 per Year
