Fort Worth Water is seeking an experienced Senior Business Process and SCADA Analyst to lead the deployment, integration, and long-term performance of a modernized SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) platform across the city’s water and wastewater infrastructure.

This high-impact role will serve as the technical lead and project manager for our department-wide SCADA HMI replacement initiative, guiding the migration to Ignition software. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PLC programming, SCADA architecture, and real-time data acquisition systems-with a strong understanding of how control systems support municipal water and wastewater operations.

As part of the Strategic Operations SCADA Section, you will oversee the design, commissioning, and continuous improvement of automation systems across treatment plants, pump stations, and remote telemetry units (RTUs). You’ll play a key role in enhancing system reliability, cybersecurity, and data accuracy to support operational excellence throughout the utility.
