Job Announcement The City of Chandler Community Services Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a
Recreation Aide at the Chandler Tennis Center (part-time, temporary, non-beneficial). This position is at the discretion of the department director. Scheduled hours may range from 1 to 19 hours per week. Workdays may vary and may be scheduled to work on any day of the week. Shifts are typically from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

We're seeking someone with a general knowledge of tennis and strong administrative skills. This includes experience with registration and reservation software, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting customers and addressing facility needs, and fostering a culture of camaraderie, courtesy, and respect. Our ideal candidate is energetic, a team player, capable of multitasking, and able to exercise sound independent judgment

Minimum Qualifications • Some High School; no experience required; and
• First Aid/CPR Certification required within 90 days of employment; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
Desired Qualifications • 3 years of college coursework in Recreation, Physical Education, or a related field.
