Position Description
Performs specialized, complex work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Work is performed under supervision within established guidelines with performance based on overall results obtained.

Major/Essential Functions

Prepare enrollment forms for all government and commercial payors in a timely manner, obtain required signatures, missing information and send for processing.
Supports provider credentialing as requested by the Unit Manager, including preparation of memos, letters, reports and other documents as assigned.
Research and respond to miscellaneous requests from Administrators and clinical staff for information on faculty, providers and enrollment status..
Reports any deficiencies along with supporting documentation to Unit Manager.

Required Qualifications
High school plus five years experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
