Duties and Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, the Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support. This includes administrative duties such as maintaining employee files, copying, and entering data in the HR system. The HR Assistant will also be providing support during the hiring process by requesting backgrounds and live scans if required and initiating sign-ins.



Qualifications:

Equivalent to three years of general office clerical work that has provided the applicant with the knowledge and abilities listed. Equivalent to two years of full-time Human Resources experience is strongly preferred. Equivalent to full-time college or university education/vocational school training in

business or job-related field may be substituted for up to two years of the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).

Schedule: Varies Based on Hiring Manager

The anticipated hiring range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Time Base: Part-Time
