Job Description

Location : Central Office - 123 Robert S Kerr Ave, OKC, OK 73102

Salary : up to $60,000.00, based on education and experience

Full Time /Part Time : Full-Time

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday

Primary Hours : 8am - 5 pm Schedule may vary based on some flexibility to arrive late/leave early with a shorter break for lunch. This unit does, however, back up the Customer Service Issuance Team with a requirement to serve the Will Call Unit until 5 pm.

Position Description: The Quality Service Coordinator is responsible for handling internal and external Vital Records (VR) communications to assure messaging with providers, partners, and the public are accurate and professional and meet established standards. This person will track and identify gaps in process and/or messaging that reduce efficiency or create frustration for customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requirements at this level consist ofa bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Valued Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong personal and professional experience in creating content for public health and regulatory messaging. Solid project management, research, writing, editing, and communications skills. Developed knowledge of document design and layout. Ability to adapt to shifting and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience fostering teamwork: As a team member, the ability and desire to work cooperatively with others on a team. Strong oral communication: The ability to express oneself clearly in conversations and interactions with others and Written Communication: The ability to express oneself clearly in the style of business writing.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This position is set in an office environment. While performing the duties of the job, employees are frequently required to stand, walk, lift, and reach. Applicants must be willing to perform all job-related travel associated with this position. Being present at the office is an essential function of the job.
