Position DescriptionCoordinates a section in a department that has institutional oversight responsibilities. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program or departmental project as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and/or students.
Major/Essential FunctionsReporting to the Vice President of Advancement, Chief Development Officer (VPA, CDO), this valuable team member will perform coordinative and administrative support work specific to Institutional Advancement at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC).
- Responsibilities include coordinating and supporting a range of departmental functions such as administrative support, donor engagement, communications, and calendar management.
- Works cooperatively with all TTUHSC department contacts and external stakeholders to maintain relations and coordinate meetings.
- Work is performed under general supervision, with performance evaluated based on outcomes and effectiveness.
- This role involves direct collaboration with campus leadership, external stakeholders, and advancing community and donor relations across TTUHSC campuses.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal six (6) years.
