Introduction

The City of Scottsdale is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Network Engineer to support and evolve the City's enterprise network infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and is excited by the opportunity to work on large-scale network modernization efforts that directly support City operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, and other switching platforms, and will play a key role in ensuring the performance, security, and resilience of our citywide LAN/WAN infrastructure. This is a highly impactful role within a collaborative municipal IT team, offering both stability and the chance to make a visible difference in the community through smart, future-ready networking.

Anticipated starting salary for this position may be up to mid-point depending on candidate’s experience and internal equity. The full salary range is listed above and mid-point for this position is $120,536.00 annually .
