Responsibilities

Under general supervision, the Director of Development is responsible for leading a comprehensive fundraising program by cultivating significant relationships, preparing impactful proposals, and driving major gift initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration, effective communication, and strategic event planning to advance philanthropic support for college priorities.
