Family Time Case Manager Temp

Description

Overview

We’re Hiring: Family Time Case Manager (TEMP)!

The Larimer County Department of Human Services is looking for a temporary Family Time Case Manager to join our Children, Youth and Family (CYF) Division. This is a meaningful role that supports families navigating difficult circumstances, and we’re looking for someone motivated, compassionate, and committed to helping parents and children build stronger relationships.

As a Family Time Case Manager, you’ll support parents whose children are involved in the child welfare system due to abuse or neglect. You’ll supervise and encourage safe, positive family time, helping parents strengthen bonds with their children while developing their parenting skills. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that includes caseworkers, attorneys, treatment providers, kinship and foster families, and the families themselves. You may also assist with related tasks, such as transporting children to scheduled visits.

This is a part-time, temporary position with a flexible schedule. Hours vary from 12:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. You’ll also attend weekly team meetings on Wednesdays from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. The position is primarily community-based, with the option to work remotely part-time. You’ll be required to work in the office at least one day per week. To support remote work, you must have reliable internet access and a suitable home workspace. Larimer County provides a remote work stipend to help with equipment and supplies.

If you’re looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families in our community, we encourage you to apply.
