Human Resources is looking for a dynamic, service-driven Human Resources Analyst with a strong background in program development, community engagement, marketing, and career pathway program support for youth-oriented and vulnerable population initiatives. This position plays a key role in supporting, promoting, and expanding youth employment programs, internships, and outreach campaigns that foster opportunity.

Candidates will bring creativity and strategy to HR-led youth engagement efforts and possess experience in coordinating programs, analyzing program effectiveness, and marketing public-facing services to diverse communities.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Pre-employment Process: Prior to appointment, applicants must pass a background investigation, which includes fingerprinting, credit check (if applicable), and/or medical exam, which may include drug and/or TB testing.

Travel: Travel throughout the County is required. Employees may be required to make provision for transportation (mileage reimbursement is available at current IRS rates). A valid California driver license and proof of automobile liability insurance must be maintained for the individual providing the transportation.

Minimum Requirements

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral/Social/Health Science, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Communications/Marketing or a closely related field.

AND

One (1) year of experience in workforce development, community outreach, and program coordination, which includes marketing and working with youth, vulnerable populations, and overseeing programs to support youth and career development services.
