Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109.Why you’ll love this position:
Come join our amazing support team. As a Bureau of General Services (BGS) team member, you will work in a position that focus on customer service to achieve department goals and objectives. You'll love being an essential part of the team.
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
- Supervise 2-4 staff in the customer support team.
- Process badge applications for new and replacement i.d. badges.
- Administer badge and building security access; maintain quarterly reports.
- Liaison between DHSS and OA FMDC badge office.
- Order, track, and pay invoices for BGS and Admin. supplies.
- Back-up for overflow calls and receptionist duties.
- Back-up for OA carpool check-in/check-out.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 4-6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Exceptional customer service
- Desire to work in team atmosphere
