Position DescriptionSupports the implementation in administering human resources policies and procedures. Collects and maintains HR data related to benefits and leave systems to ensure accurate data management. Processes confidential paperwork for functional areas according to established procedures.
Major/Essential Functions- Process, manage, and approve EPAFs and transactions through the EOPS system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assists departmental supervisors with Employee Performance Management (ePM) systems.
- Administer and monitor employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement.
- Assists with employee inquiries related to FMLA, ADA, and other leave of absence requests, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies.
- Maintain records and documentation related to leave, benefits, and HR transactions.
- Coordinate with Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with all employee records and information. Handles sensitive HR data with discretion and in compliance with laws, regulations and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and data analysis as needed.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Required QualificationsRequires bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and related experience to equal four (4) years.
