Job DescriptionProject Specialist I $3,861.98 per month 1 Position to be filledLocated at TEEX Headquarters in College Station, TX The Role at a GlanceAs a Project Specialist I, your primary focus will be delivering training and monitoring student records in the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) Student Management System (SMS), while supporting staff and helping maintain system accuracy. One day, you might lead a hands-on training session that gives staff the confidence to navigate the system with ease. The next, you could be analyzing attendance data, uncovering trends, and recommending smarter, more efficient ways to work.
You will play a pivotal role in refining processes, piloting new system features, and developing user-friendly guides that transform complex information into simple solutions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys solving puzzles, and is motivated to leave systems better than they found them. Every improvement you champion strengthens TEEX’s ability to deliver life-saving training more efficiently, making your impact felt across the agency and beyond.
Qualifications of the Role - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Equivalency: Will accept two years of related experience in project coordination with an Associate’s degree or four years of related experience in project coordination with a High School Diploma or GED.
