Classification Salary Range: $6,320 - $9,014 per month

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $6,320 - $6,395 per month.

The final salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Position Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Director of Student Conduct, the Ethical Development Coordinator (EDC) is responsible for case management and investigations of student conduct violations for the campus. The EDC will assist in the efforts to promote student learning and development, by designing and coordinating restorative justice/conflict resolution workshops and developing programs to encourage responsible behaviors amongst students. Pursuant to California State University Executive Order 1098, or any superseding executive order, and the provision of Title 5, California Code Regulations Section 41301, the EDC is responsible for an independent caseload of alleged violations of the Student Conduct Code. The nature of the work performed by the EDC is highly sensitive and requires interpretation of CSU and university policies and procedures. This position works collaboratively with numerous offices and presents workshops and other educational programs to students.
