Position Description
This position is on-site. Potential hybrid remote work after successful completion of your first six months. Shift start time options are 7:30 am or 8:00 am.

Provides advanced administrative and operational support to the Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the Division of Human Resources. This position ensures efficient coordination of administrative processes, fiscal management activities, and division-wide logistics. The Business Coordinator serves as a key liaison for the CHRO, managing calendars, travel, purchases, contracts, and policy tracking, while assisting with special projects, budget preparation, and compliance-related reporting. The role requires a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and discretion. A commitment to confidentiality, integrity, dependable follow-through, and a kindhearted approach in all interactions is essential to representing the Office of the Vice President and CHRO.

The candidate in this position will interact with all employees with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism, demonstrate our values, and exercise confidentiality in all matters.

Major/Essential Functions


Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
