Base Salary $39,227 (The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the candidate selected is eligible for a years-of-service pay differential, it will be added to the total compensation. A pay differential does not raise the base pay.)

• Review documents for authenticity, ensuring statutory requirements are satisfied, corresponding with applicants regarding errors and solutions.
• Respond to written and verbal inquiries regarding rules, regulations and licensure requirements and fees.
• Receive and process mail.
• Prepare and scan documents into imaging system.
• Assist with preparing applications and supporting documentation for board review.
• Assist other staff members with overflow work assignments.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in reviewing and processing official documents such as claims, applications or legal documentation; or One or more years of experience as an Associate Customer Service Representative.
• Knowledge of computer applications such as Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
