Position Description
Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

Major/Essential Functions

• Represents the office in a professional and courteous manner at student orientations and events. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from students, parents, and staff of HSC.
• Manage incoming phone calls from students, parents, and staff, answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and handle complaints or difficult calls. Ability to handle heavy phone volume at times in a professional manner.
• Daily use of various computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, Banner Student, and Cognos.
• Compose and respond to routine emails, reports and correspondence to students, parents, and staff of HSC effectively and professional.
• Effectively take payments and process payments from student and parents. Recording them in the system and processing a cash receipt.
• Manage and complete multiple assignments within established deadlines, and organize work effectively and prioritize daily workload.
• Utilize internal system to record and document incoming cash and payments for university and department.
• Assist and backup office staff during heavy volume times or when staff is out.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in job related field plus two (2) years responsible related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal six (6) years.
