The Project Management Supervisor leads a team of project managers and project coordinators responsible for planning and delivering facility construction, renovations, and space-planning projects across the Austin Facilities Management portfolio. The role manages a high-volume program from intake through closeout in occupied civic environments, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, safety, and customer satisfaction. The supervisor sets standards, coaches staff, and partners across City departments to solve complex building challenges. We’re seeking a technology-forward leader who uses portfolio dashboards, project controls, and KPIs to drive decisions and continuous improvement, and who can modernize workflows and tools to improve transparency and outcomes for residents and employees.

Job Description:

Purpose:

This position is responsible for managing and supervising professional staff coordinating various engineering, architectural, construction, or installation projects.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:

Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hours may vary depending on departmental needs and initiatives. Some evening, weekend and holiday work may be required. Exempt-level position.

Salary Range: $104,300 - $134,000.00
