Job Description:

Purpose:

Under general supervision, this position performs professional level work involving research and analysis of a variety of routine/semi routine administrative and operational support duties in the area of project management, quality management, performance measurement, change management and business process improvement. Provides support and assistance to senior process consultants, auditors and team leaders.

Position Overview

The Data Manager is responsible for maintaining and utilizing a systemof HIV service data in order to report service utilization, health outcome, client dempgraphics, and other related information to granters, the City and County, contractors, and to the HIV Planning Council for purposes of planning and to make funding allocation and prioritization decisions. You will provide technical assistance to HIV contracting agencies to ensure agency staffs understand procedures for managing data, including data collection, data entry into Provide Enterprise or other required software databases, and data quality thereby ensuring data reports are complete and accurate.

Physical Work Location: Beverly Dunkerley Public Health Campus, Building H, Austin, TX 78702

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


Salary and Benefits: $62,280.00 - $77,850.00
