The City of Olathe is looking for an energetic individual to join our team as a Party Room Host at the Olathe Community Center, Black Bob Bay, and The Beach at Lake Olathe. If you want to play a crucial role in helping us provide a clean, fun environment for party guests, our Party Room Host position may be just what you’re looking for!

STARTING HOURLY PAY RANGE: $15.50-$16.25 (based on experience)

The Party Room Host is the on-site liaison between the Community Center and party room rental clients. They coordinate room use for both internal and external clients, including set up support and dissemination of information concerning party room use. They are also responsible for the cleanliness of rooms, equipment, safety of the participants and maintaining a positive and healthy environment. This job requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Experience: No experience required.

Education: Must be a high school or college student, at least 16 years of age.

Licenses & Certifications: First Aid/CPR or ability to obtain within 30 days is required.
