Description
The JobArrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for experienced
Registered Nurses for the Primary Care Clinics and Specialty Clinics to perform professional nursing duties in the care and treatment of patients. The position will formulate nursing diagnosis and nursing interventions based on each patient's unique needs; acquire and maintain current knowledge in nursing practice; and will utilize the information system to coordinate and facilitate the interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
The Primary Care Clinics include four off-campus Family Health Centers (FHCs) that are located in Rialto (Westside), San Bernardino (McKee), Fontana, and Redlands. The Internal Medicine Primary Clinic is located on campus (ARMC Primary Care Clinic in the Medical Office Building). The Specialty Clinics, which are also located on campus include 16 Specialty Clinics with over 40 sub-specialties. T his recruitment may be used to fill

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit,
456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital houses a regional burn center serving four counties (San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono and Inyo), a comprehensive stroke center, level I trauma center and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Additionally, ARMC operates five community-based, primary care clinics and over 40 specialty care outpatient services. ARMC is the primary teaching hospital for the adjacently located California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM), the Inland Empire's newest medical school.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Pre-Employment Process : Applicants selected for these positions must pass a background investigation, physical and verification of employment history and education.
License/Certifications: RN license, and Basic Life Support, and depending on the area of assignment, additional certification(s) may be required and must be maintained throughout employment.
Work Environment: Requires lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance, and carrying of up to 50 pounds. The work environment may involve exposure to assaultive and combative patients.
Shift Availability: ARMC is a twenty-four hour facility; applicants must be available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays . Shift differentials are provided.

Minimum RequirementsCandidates must possess all of the following:
License: Must possess and maintain Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.
Experience: One (1) year of full-time equivalent experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
Certification: Must possess and maintain Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
