Job DescriptionAgency Instructor I - Cyber Defense and Compliance $5,833.34 per month 1 Full-Time PositionCollege Station, TX The Role at a GlanceThe Cyber Defense and Compliance Instructor, under general supervision, is responsible for training various specialty skilled and/or semi-skilled courses and providing technical assistance within the Cybersecurity Program. Responsible for utilizing knowledge of adult learning theories and learning styles to help maximize learner success and ensure overall effectiveness of the course instruction. Performs online and/or classroom instruction, field-based skills training, and/or provide technical assistance in Cybersecurity. Uses a variety of media to present course material. Assists with creating new and/or updating curriculum content, when necessary, to meet learner’s needs.
This position reports to the Training Manager, Cyber Defense and Compliance.
Qualifications of the Role - High School Diploma or GED.
- Four years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- One years of adult education and/or training.
- Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
