Job Description

Location : 123 Rober S. Keer Ave, OKC, OK 73102

Salary : up to $85,000.00, based on education and experience

Full Time /Part Time : Full Time

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday

Primary Hours : 8-5

Position Summary

The Artificial Intelligence Strategy Analyst is responsible for providing agency-wide guidance, governance, and oversight for the responsible adoption, use, and implementation of artificial intelligence across the organization. This role establishes AI strategy, governance frameworks, risk controls, and implementation standards to ensure AI technologies are deployed ethically, securely, and in alignment with the priorities of OSDH. This role focuses on strategy, coordination, governance, and responsible adoption rather than development and model engineering.

This position reports to the Director of Digital Transformation and serves as a central coordinator for AI-related decision-making, including machine learning, generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics and works collaboratively with OSDH Information Services, Digital Products, Legal, and Data Governance as well as OMES IT staff as needed. The position will also work with program area staff to ensure appropriate use of AI across all business areas.
